What are the house rules during my stay at the KiteFinca?

All rooms and common areas inside the guesthouse, are non-smoking. Smoking is therefore not allowed in the rooms, even out the window. Violation of this smoking ban will be sanctioned with a fine of at least €150.

Alcohol abuse and the trade in and use of (soft)drugs are prohibited. The KiteFinca applies a zero tolerance policy.

Please do not make noise between 23:00 and 07:00.

The infliction of damage and theft of the room and/or KiteFinca inventory will be charged to the person causing the damage and the person jointly and severally liable.

Pets are not allowed in the rooms and the common areas inside the guesthouse.
For the campervan parking spots, pets are allowed in consultation. With the exception of assistance dogs are allowed in consultation.

In order to guarantee safety for everyone, you must adhere to the guidelines in force at the time concerning Corona.

The KiteFinca has the right to let you leave the guesthouse, if you do not comply with the house rules.

Accommodation – Pricing

What should I know about the pricing of the accommodations?

No, people staying inside the guesthouse can make use of the services which include:
WiFi, use of the pool, common areas, shared bathroom and carparking.
People staying at the campervan parking spots can make use of the WiFi and the common outside areas as described in the welcome email/whatsapp/sms message received after booking. 

Power (max. 3 AMP per campervan) can be used paid: an additional fee will be added to the stay.

All of the guests mentioned above have the option to make use of our rental- & schoolservices such as: SUP school/rental, Longboard (skate) school/rental and of course: kitesurf lessons, powerkiting and kitecoaching. 

The overall rates are per person or per two persons. Please, let us explain!
Room rates go per person. Every second person staying in the same room will pay an extra fee.
Campervan parking rates go per campervan + add-ons such as extra persons and power.

Yes. Fees (except for the power of max 3AMP for campervans)  and taxes are included in the prices.

Booking process

How do I book a room or a campervan parkingspot?

Booking is possible through our website. For the rooms, you can make your reservation here.
For the limited campervan parking spots, it’s best to make a call or send a WhatsApp message to 0031619015972. Please note: the maximum size (length) of a campervan is 7 meters.

After making a booking, you’ll receive an (automatically generated) e-mail of whatsapp/ sms with all the details.

A direct booking of a room through our website is the fastest and most constructive way to book your stay at the KiteFinca.
For campervan parking & school services, you can get in touch via telephone & whatsapp on the number mentioned above.

First check your spam box! If you can’t find the confirmation there either, then please reach out to us via e-mail

You can book as many rooms as are available for a selected period. Looking for more rooms? Maybe booking ‘whole house’ (e.g. all the guesthouse area rooms + common area inside) is your best option! Please note that the hosts will be around in an enclosed area of the guesthouse during your stay.

How do I pay for my stay and the services?

This depends on the time-window from the time of booking to the use of the service. It is possible to book in advance. It is best to contact us via email.

No, in general we do not offer special discounts. Follow us on instagram to see if we might have an exception in a certain period outside the high season! 

We offer specials/ discounts with our rental-packs (kitesurfing gear) + stay. Shoot us a message, to learn more.

Yes, stays and services can be paid in cash (EURO).
For last minute bookings, e.g. ‘drive in campervan parking’ we also accept cash (EURO).

Change of a booking / Cancellation

How do I cancel my booking?

The rooms have a certain cancellation policy as well as the campervan parking spots. You can learn more about the policy in our terms & conditions. Generally, your reservation can be canceled or changed a few weeks before your arrival.

In the very rare case of an extraordinary situation, where it is not possible to accommodate you we reserve the right to cancel the booking. 

For example: there is no (clean) water available, there is no power available, there is a natural disaster or pandemic.
